Asian Eye Institute’s Eye Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Franklin P. Kleiner, was chosen to deliver the Liborio Mangubat Memorial Lecture during this year’s Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology (PAO) Congress.
This lecture is not only a tribute to Dr. Liborio Mangubat, the Father of Oculoplastics in the Philippines, but it is also the highest award the Philippine Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PSOPRS) can give to its members.
