What are the products available?
Right now, Asian Eye patients can avail of Contact Lenses, Contact Lens Solutions, Eye Lubricants, Anti-Fatigue, Eye Vitamins, Lens Wipes and Prescription Eye Drops.
If you need specific eye medication and/or an e-prescription, you can still give us a call and we will assist you.
How do I place my order?

When will it be delivered?
Our deliveries are scheduled every Tuesday or Friday. Our team will book the rider and update you on the delivery cost and status of your order/s. Delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer.
How do I pay for the products?
Asian Eye accepts bank deposits or online transfers via apps such as Paymaya, GCash or Unionbank. Remember to send us a copy of your proof of payment. Payment details are as follows:

How do I pay using GCash, PayMaya or UnionBank?
You may follow the steps below.
GCash:
Step 1: Log in to the GCash app.
Step 2: Select Send Money.
Step 3: Select Send Money to a Bank Account.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu, choose BPI.
Step 5: Enter the account details.
Step 6: Check if the details you entered are correct. If they are, tap Confirm.
Step 7: Wait for the confirmation message via the app and SMS.
PayMaya:
Step 1: Log in to your PayMaya account.
Step: Select Bank Transfer.
Step 3: Choose BPI from the list and input the amount.
Step 4: Enter the account details.
Step 5: Tap Continue.
Step 6: Check if the details you entered are correct. If they are, tap Send.
Step 7: Wait for the confirmation message via SMS.
UnionBank:
Step 1: Log in to your UnionBank account.
Step 2: Select Transfer Funds; then Other Banks.
Step 3: Choose the account where you want to take money from.
Step 4: Enter the account details.
Step 5: Input the amount.
Step 6: Check if the details you entered are correct. If they are, tap Transfer PhpXXX.
Is it available outside Metro Manila?
At present, this service is within Metro Manila only. Follow Asian Eye’s social media accounts for updates.
How will my order/s be delivered?
Asian Eye will deliver your order/s via Lalamove or Grab.
Who will shoulder the delivery fee?
Patients/buyers will pay for the delivery fee.
When can I place order?
Asian Eye can accommodate orders via call from Mondays thru Sundays, from 8AM to 5PM; while you may send us an email or text message anytime. Order confirmations or payments made after 5pm will be logged for the next day.
Is it exclusive only to Asian Eye patients?
The delivery service is not exclusive to Asian Eye patients. If you have a valid and current prescription, you may send in your order and prescription copy for verification and we can fill your order. If you do not have a prescription, you may use our tele-triage service to consult with an Asian Eye doctor and request for a prescription.
Can I buy other medicines, like eye drops for glaucoma?
If you are an Asian Eye patient, please send in your order request, we will verify based on your prescription on record, and fill your order accordingly.
If you are a new patient, you may send in your order request and prescription copy for verification so that we can fill your order.
