Asian Eye Institute has international customer service personnel to facilitate the clinic visits and requirements of patients who do not speak English or Filipino fluently. We have Japanese-speaking interpreters to ensure effective communication between you and your doctor, especially when discussing your eye health.
Asian Eye Institute understands the special need of patients who are away from home while undergoing treatment. Our International Customer Service (ICS) Group would be happy to assist you and provide complimentary language interpretation (Japanese and Korean) within the medical facility.
